Paykool - Late Studio | Hong Kong Animation Studio

PayKool is a new credit card product launched by K Cash. The agency developed the KOL-led campaign concept, and Teddy's team handled direction and video production, while Late Studio delivered AI-generated visuals and selected background plates for the 60-second film based on the locked storyboard. The key challenge was completing all shots within roughly one month while keeping the KOL's look stable, the characters consistent and the textures coherent under a fixed storyboard. Through disciplined reference setup, clear visual specs and iterative refinement, we brought AI generation into a commercial production pipeline, ensuring every shot fitted seamlessly into the edit rhythm and brand tone. This collaboration is now part of Late Studio's AI creation portfolio, showcasing practical applications of AI in promotional film production.
